Shipping

Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents.  You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped.  Items will be shipped within 4 - 10 days of placing your order via the shipping method you select during checkout.  After we notify you the delivery status, your package will arrive at your requested delivery address, or if you prefer your recipient's requested delivery address, within 4 - 6 business days.  Delivery of your package from the date of your purchase may be within 10 - 14 days; during the holiday season delivery may be several days longer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Every item is guaranteed for our customers 100% satisfaction.  If the item is defective outside the normal product quality then we will gladly replace or refund the item.  All damaged goods and defects are to be reported to us within 5 business days after your shipment was received.  We also require a photo of the defective or damaged product for replacement or refund.  Should you wish to return an item to our inventory in the event of a refused item, however there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping & handling charge will not be refunded.
